This body-based, trauma-informed group supports adults in healing early attachment wounds and developmental trauma through symbolic reparenting. Each session uses structured, somatic techniques drawn from Psychomotor Therapy—a therapeutic approach sometimes called somatic psychodrama.
Participants engage in ritualized group processes that respond to unmet childhood needs through guided visualization, movement, and role-based witnessing, creating new inner experiences of care, safety, and attunement.
Led by trained therapists Henry (Hentree) Bernard, AMFT, and Sara Eberlein, APCC
